Every plan includes the full Digitize service stack — website, marketing, AI, automation, social, video, brand, and more. The difference is how fast we build it and how much time we spend with you each month.
We don't hold services back based on plan level. Every client gets access to the full Digitize stack — we just prioritise what gets built first based on your business goals and your plan.

The Digitize Marketing Platform is included on every plan
Your branded CRM, automation, booking calendar, and reporting dashboard — live from day one. No extra charge, ever.
Your monthly priorities are set together
At each check-in call we agree what gets built and managed that month based on your business goals and what will have the most impact. Higher plans mean more gets done each month.
Ad spend is paid directly by you
Our management of Google Ads and Meta Ads is included in your plan. The actual advertising budget — what you spend on the ads themselves — is paid directly by you to Google and Meta. We help you set it and manage it.
Standard platform usage is included
Emails, SMS, AI features, and automations are included in your plan at standard usage levels. Very high-volume usage — for example, thousands of SMS per month — may be charged at cost with advance notice.
Complex custom builds are scoped separately
Bespoke AI systems, advanced automation scenarios, and custom integrations beyond standard implementation are scoped and quoted separately before any work starts. Standard implementation of all services is always included.
3-month minimum — then your choice
We ask for a 3-month initial commitment so we have enough time to build properly and show you real results. After that, your plan rolls monthly with 30 days notice to cancel. No long contracts, no lock-in.
