Enterprise Pathways is a mentored programme that meets you where you are and takes you somewhere real. Every stage builds on the last — from exploring digital skills to launching into paid work.

Launch
Apply your skills to real client briefs sourced through the Digitize network. Build a portfolio of genuine, deliverable work. Receive mentored feedback. Learn to work professionally with clients from week three.
Earn
Take on paid client work through the Digitize network. Progress toward employment with a digital employer, freelance work, or becoming a Digitize Agent. Your skills, your income, your terms.
Every participant who completes the programme leaves with something real and tangible — not just a certificate.
We want the programme to be accessible. Funded places are available for eligible participants through partner organisations. Standard places are available for those outside funded cohorts.
